PROGRAMMATIC CAMPAIGN FOR THATHOMO INVESTMENTS FIRM.

GENERATING QUALIFIED LEADS FOR WEEKLY PROPERTY INVESTMENT WEBINAR.

Through their weekly webinars and property mentorship programmes, Thathomo empower property investors and beginners with knowledge and skills that will enable them to invest with confidence.

THE CHALLENGE.

Since it’s incorporation as a niche brokerage firm, Thathomo has been connecting investors to deals and empowering people achieve financial freedom and it’s services are gradually getting popular within major regions of South Africa. The firm therefore wants to solidify its digital presence, create more brand awareness across the entire country of South Africa and generate leads for it’s weekly property investment webinar.

Thathomo further requires a results driven social media strategy to connect with it’s target audience, drive engagement and create a constant buzz around the brand. It is therefore imperative that the appointed agency not only understands the South African real estate market but also know what makes customers tick thereby differentiating the Thathomo brand from its competitors. Thathomo Property Investments tasked CreativeMagic Group with this challenge.

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION.

CreativeMagic (CMG) formulated a result driven strategy for the Thathomo Investments campaign. The idea is to drive traffic from the brand’s social platforms (specifically Facebook & Instagram) via highly targeted social media paid ads to a landing page specifically developed for the campaign. CMG created systems, installed tracking pixels and formulated an automation to drive leads directly from Facebook/Instagram & LinkedIn via the campaign landing page, get the qualified leads (attendees) to book the next available webinar date and then straight unto the Thathomo’s CRM where any of the sales executives on standby contacts the lead to close the deal.

The strategy execution utilized available data and targets specific  high LSM audience (male and female, age 25 – 65, high income level, CEOs, Business Executives and across all devices [mobile & desktop]) based on their interests and behavioral pattern. CMG then modelled an audience similar (i.e look-alike audience) in behavioral characteristics on social to the target audience of the client and thereafter a re-targeting campaign.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT.

The two biggest pro’s of social media marketing are around cost-effective brand exposure and website traffic generation. CreativeMagic Group developed a Social Media strategy for Thathomo including audience creation and testing, creative consulting and performance forecast. We only select most effective platforms that suit Thathomo’s business objectives to ensure all goals are met efficiently.

CreativeMagic created monthly Social Media Tactical Plan (SMTP)/Calendar alongside brilliant graphics with daily posts to drive engagement and gradually built an audience for the Thathomo brand to drive weekly webinar attendance and mentorship programme enrolments.

PROGRAMMATIC CAMPAIGN REALIZATION.

The Thathomo lead generation campaign utilized programmatic ad-tech solution. Programmatic advertising uses Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Real-Time Bidding (RTB) to automate and streamline ad buying process. It delivers both broad and accurate targeting of audiences achieved through the combination of inventory on sites relevant to the brand.

CreativeMagic used 1st party and 3rd party data to form the custom segments of the target audience. In order not to overload the audience with the same ads, CreativeMagic set up ad creatives synchronization across different devices of one user. The ads were shown to one user no more than four times. Setting up look-alike targeting after about two weeks of the campaign.

Advertising materials were shown to the users who have similar behavior to the current website audience. Both manual and automatic optimization was used in a real time regime during the campaign. Automated optimization technology Bid Factors allocated budget to the better reacting audience segments (higher CTR rate) and targets.

CreativeMagic created several digital assets for the Thathomo Campaign including banner artwork designs and videos used for Facebook/Instagram ads. THE CAMPAIGN RESULTS.

The result speaks volume. It proves that the targeting settings were correctly set up to generate leads and get attendees for the Thathomo property investments weekly webinar. More than 100+ attendees attend the webinar weekly on both Wednesdays and Sundays. Many of these attendees enrolled for the Thathomo three months mentorship programme and made payments. The Click-Through-Rate (CTR) rates exceeded the planned number monthly with the same monthly adspend and leads at the top of the sales funnel were gradually nurtured for conversion using email marketing and automation. The aim of the advertising campaign was reached successfully.
